Shipping Policy
Please allow between 24 to 48 hours to process your order. You can expect an email within this time frame to let you know your order is being processed.

Orders are generally shipped within 5 to 7 days after receiving confirmation. A shipping fee applies to all orders. Free delivery is available for UK Mainland orders over £20.

We offer international shipping to most countries. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Keshav Ayurveda is not responsible for any additional charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. But, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!

Due to the labour-intensive handmade and personalised nature of our products, as well as the high quality of our ingredients, we are generally unable to issue refunds. However, we realise that extenuating circumstances can and do arise. If you have any concerns about your purchase, please email our Customer Services team at hello@keshav-ayurveda.com within 15 days of receiving your order for an exchange or return. Our team will assess this on a case-by-case basis.
