Our range of products have been meticulously formulated by vaidyas (Ayurvedic consultants) with the ancient teachings of Ayurveda at its core. We keep the traditional ingredients at the forefront of all our products. Keshav Ayurveda has combined the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with modern science to maximise results. Our products are prepared based upon your unique body type and needs. Keshav Ayurveda is Ayurveda that is personalised for you.

Ayurveda is a holistic health and wellbeing system that originated over 5000 years ago in the Himalayas. In Sanskrit, Ayurveda means 'The Science of Life'. It is based primarily on the therapeutic properties of plants. Its ancient teachings provide a complete approach to health and wellbeing, working to balance one's internal , mental and physicial health through a range of different rituals, herbs and spices.

Our advice is always to consult either an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner or your medical physician before combining any of our supplements with your current medication. As herbs aim to treat the underlying cause as well as the symptoms of a condition, the relevant dose should normally be prescribed by a health practitioner who understands your current medication along with the herbs. Never reduce your medication without the consultation of a healthcare professional.

To the best of our knowledge, all our supplement formulations are gluten-free.

The herbs within the capsule can easily be emptied into a spoon, or into water, juice, or milk, and taken as pure herbal powder if you find them hard to swallow.

Keshav Ayurveda is committed to the humane treatment of animals. None of our products are ever tested on animals.

We always recommend that you store our products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Recommended usage dates after opening our products, as well as expeiry dates are on all our products. This is the time span where they are most potent, after this herbs and actives tend to lose their efficacy and potency.

All our body care products are safe to use. Only medicines are specifically tested for safety during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Any legal European body care product will not contain ingredients regarded as unsafe during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

As much as we'd like, as a small business it is difficult for all of our products to be 100% organic. Many of our products contain organic ingredients, but we make no claim that all of our products are organic. Nevertheless, one of our long term goals is to go 100% organic and to also be certified organic by the Soil Association UK. When that time comes, you will see the organic sign on all of our products.

All of our products are composed of a bespoke selection of natural ingredients. If you have particular skin concerns, we recommend you check the product descriptions to see what skin, hair, or body type the product is best suited for.

There are various factors that come into play, including the chronicity of a condition, environmental factors, how long and how severe symptoms are, diet and lifestyle, as well as compliancy. Generally, we would give two to four weeks before you notice some changes in your symptoms.

We have taken multiple factors into accoutn when deciding on what material is best for our packaging. Quality, customer service, finances and environmental impact are just a few t oname. All of our products are packed in Grade A PET plastic, which is 100% recycled. Based on our research, fewer resources (water, electricity, mining equipment, transportation, etc.) are used in the production of the packaging that we use as compared to glass. It also means our products are lighter in weight and more durable. There is also a smaller carbon footprint created by the shipping of these materials. PET is BPA-free and is considered safe in the use of pharmaceutical packaging too. All our packaging is 100% recyclable.

We have handpicked our suppliers from across India based on their individual strengths, experiences and manufacturing processes. All of our herbs are grown and manufactured in India, most in organic farms using sustainable and natural processes. As Ayurvedic herbs are best known and grown in India, our current suppliers remain within India. Our formulations have been made following their riorous preparations as outlined in Ayurvedic source texts. We take care to process all our products over days to manimise their potency and efficacy. Keshav Ayurveda is authentic Ayurveda. We add no artificial perfumes of unknown chemicals. Simply pure authentic Ayurveda.

All of our supplements are suitable for vegetarians. Our capsules are made of vegetable cellulose, derived naturally from trees grown and harvested in Western Europe and North America. Not a single one of our ingredients in any of our products is derived from animal origins. Also, we hope you're not orally consuming the rest of our products!

First, stop using the product immediately. Using natural ingredients, sometimes, doesn't eliminate the possibility of a negative reaction. We have a variety of prtoducts in different categories. You can choose products based on your skin, hair and body type, or you can choose products based on your concerns. However, as a newcomer, we usually recommend starting with one of our bundle collections.

Since our products are made with natural ingredients, handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in colour and consistency are natural. Rest assured, this does not affect the quality of the product.
